Our litigation and dispute resolution team is based in Thailand and the Philippines and consists of not only Japanese attorneys but also foreign legal consultants (including foreign lawyers).
The team has a network with experts located mainly in Southeast Asia in supporting a dispute resolution action not only in Japan but also in foreign countries especially in Southeast Asia.
Depending on the support being provided by each of our overseas office, we have been providing a wide range of support for overseas expansion of startups, government agencies, and listed companies. We have been supporting more than 100 companies in total up to this date.
