Accordingly, our support covers a wide range of contracts such as NDA, sales agreement, distributorship agreement, share transfer agreement, investment agreement, shareholders agreement, license agreement, franchise agreement, joint venture agreement, loan agreement, lease agreement and others. We negotiate, prepare, review and translate various types of contracts.

Contracts always require the consent of other party to the contracts such that drafting a contract is simply meaningless. Therefore, we always make sure to prepare contracts by keeping in mind that our clients will negotiate with a counterparty.
We sometimes attach comments from other party to contracts as necessary. Depending on the situation, attorneys of our team directly negotiate with the counterparty.
Especially when the counterparty resides overseas, there are more advantage to have attorneys negotiating with them because understanding the intention of the counterparty may be difficult.
