Trained attorney for contractual matters, HR/Labor, disputes, international practice, and trademarks. Focused on providing legal support for start-ups after joining GVA LPC in 2019. Experienced in guiding start-ups through the IPO process and their further growth. Appointed as an external auditor of the firm’s retainer client (SaaS company). As a leader of the speciality team Web3, conducts research and providing legal work related to NFT-related businesses, cryptocurrency, STO, and other token businesses. Supervised the publishing of a book about NFTs and contributing information on NFTs at seminars.
