Ms.Nitchakamon graduated from Thammasat University with a degree in Law. After graduating from university, she has gained practical experience at a law firm in Thailand and joined GVA Law Office (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in 2020. Her primary focus is dispute resolution, and she has been handling a wide range of cases both in and out of court, including domestic and international commercial disputes, criminal cases, labor disputes, and insolvency matters. In recent years, she has actively expanded her scope of work to include contract law and dispute prevention such as compliance. Drawing on her extensive experience in dispute resolution, she identifies and assesses potential legal risks and provides practical legal support. This enables clients to appropriately operate and grow their businesses within the evolving legal system.
