After graduating from Rikko University, I began my career in operations and planning in the hotel industry. Following that, I started working as a labor consultant at a major staffing agency in the Philippines, where I provide consultation support on labor, human resources, and laws and regulations to many clients, primarily focusing on Japanese companies. Born to a Filipino mother, I have an intuitive understand of the value held by local workers and their social background. I offer legal support to help companies minimize labor risks by providing practical advice based on current affairs and judicial precedents.
