Could you tell us about your company?

Our company has been conducting advertising agency business, focusing primarily on online advertising and web marketing in Thailand. We have expanded our business over the past five years since its establishment in 2013. We provide our services not only to Japanese companies expanding into Thailand but also we start to provide our services to local companies in Thailand.
In 2023, our company joined Lovable Marketing Group, inc. While we are based in Thailand, we have been providing end to end solutions including planning strategy, planning, creative content, implementation, and validation for business expansion throughout Southeast Asia.

What makes you seek legal advisor support?

At the time of establishment, we mainly had business with Japanese companies that had already expanded into Thailand. However, as our business grew, the scale of our transactions increased, and the number of international clients also rose.
Our company did not have any internal legal team so our company’s management including myself, had to conduct legal checks by trial and error. It took us a considerable amount of time to understand Thai Laws to handle legal matters. With that, we realized we could never fully develop our business and decided that we needed support from a legal expert. Around that time, we met Mr.Fujie, executive managing partner of GVA Law Office (Thailand) Co., Ltd,.

We are very satisfied with the speed and quality of the response of GVA Thailand.
