It is difficult for us to choose one particular case, as each case holds a special place in our memory. However, the most memorable case was our business alliance with a leading local company. We are grateful to GVA for their support, which enabled a company like us to turn into business deal with a large company in Thailand.

It was the case in which the other party was eager to move forward with the business alliance, placing excessive emphasis on speed, which we recognized a risk and made us difficult to manage the situation carefully. With the involvement of GVA from the negotiation stage, we were able to use “Legal Affairs”, which helped us navigate the discussions more effectively.

We have been retaining a legal advisor since our establishment. In a foreign country where things are different from Japan, we were concerned about any trouble that may occur to us as a business operator for consumers, at the most. Most of all, we admire their attitude. Their speed and accuracy are achieved at a high level, and they proceed things forward at a pace that just feel right, which we are grateful for. We are also very satisfied and amazed with the level of deliverables, such as contracts. Their deliverables are of very high quality.

It seems that GVA’s lawyers always follow the trend and stay alert in every direction. We sometimes go out and eat meals together and find that they are the first people I want to bounce new ideas off. When I am in the middle of firming up my ideas, sometimes their harsh criticisms are hurtful, but regardless, I place full trust in them.
